Welcome back everyone to the Grace Curly show.

Oh boy, oh boy, oh boy, we have a lot to get to.

We only have two hours left. I'm telling you Taylor, it goes too quick. But we will get to everything in just a moment. Very excited about our next guest because there have been some new revelations in the Karen Reed trial but I want to start

with what happened on Friday so on Friday Karen Reed's lawyers made their case

and they're saying retrying her on all charges is double jeopardy now that we have more

information that the jurors were allegedly unanimous on two of the counts against Karen Reed, two of the major counts against her.

Joining us now to discuss this is attorney Mark Betero, good friend of the show and a great

resource for us. Mark give us your rundown of what you saw on Friday. Obviously,

Karen Reed's team brought in Martin Weinberg, the attorney who was working on

behalf of Reed and was talking to the judge in this case.

What did you make of Friday's hearing

and what do you foresee happening?

I thought the defense made a very effective and persuasive case to just get the judge to say,

why don't we take more evidence, see what these jurors did?
