And why is Biden saying, my old friend, maybe to the Israeli prime minister,

but do you say that to the communist

Chinese leader? No, of course you don't, Mark. And a number of White House folks, including the

president over the last several months, has been asked that exact question about whether or not

President Biden and President Xi of China were quote unquote old and good friends and they

all denied it.

They all denied it.

They said, no, no, we would not characterize the relationship that way.

And that we saw in sort of the very first moments of this virtual summit by Zoom, apparently,

that President Xi referred to President Biden as,

hello, it's so good to see you, my old and good friend.

So it was like she was trolling him on purpose, right?

And I'm sure that's exactly what we were doing here.
