Eric, today is the day that we wrap up the gospel according to Mark.

That's the goal.

Yeah. can do it. I think we should have no problem. It is indeed. Yeah, I mean, you know, we're, we got 20 verses to cover, so I think we're good. Yeah, we're going to do this. But we got to

start with something amazing, and then after we get done with this, something amazing, we've got

some caveats to make over the end of this podcast. But before we get there, we got to talk about the foundation of the faith here, Eric, the thing that all our

hope rests in, the resurrection of Christ. So last episode, we left Christ dead and buried, but

we are going to find some good news in the text today. Indeed. So we pick it up at chapter 16,

verse one. It says, when the Sabbath was passed,ary magdalen marry the mother of james and salome

bought spices so that they might go and anoint him and very early on the first day of the week

when the sun had risen they went to the tomb and they were saying to one another who will roll away the

stone for us from the entrance of the tomb? This is a good question,

by the way, Dan. They're going into his body. And it's like, oh, he didn't think about that.

It sounds like poor planning. These women get together. They're going to, they're going to ask

spices. They're going to do stuff. And they're like, hey, how big is that rock? And the answer is

real big. Yeah, real big.

And surprise, looking up, they saw that the stone had been rolled back.
