Surprise, surprise, the Republican National Convention is turning into a festival of media

bashing.

That's expected, perhaps, but Representative Marjorie Taylor Green did something that deserves

special attention.

After fielding a question about J.D. Vance

that displeased her, Green erupted in anger and repeatedly dressed down the reporter in strikingly

vicious terms. Carrie Lake, meanwhile, devoted part of her convention's speech to smearing the media

in similarly ugly ways. We think all this is a very bad omen of what's to come.
