There's an incredible documentary that interestingly ties thematically to that show.

It's director, very accomplished director, and also an accomplished actor is the star of that show,

the longest running show in Primetime. We have to say this, that prime time is disappearing by

guests, of course, is actor and director. Mariska Hargate. First of all, thanks so much for being here.

Oh, it's a pleasure. But the show, I mean, this film is about forgiveness. It is. It's about

forgiving your mother. It's about forgiving your mother.

It's about forgiving yourself.

It's biblical in its way.

I mean, it's really a religious experience to me.

I felt like that, too.

I think that, you know, forgiveness is the only way that we can evolve and, quite frankly, move forward in this life.

Because if we get tripped up, triggered, it is like causes arrested development and we cannot thrive and live in a, community and we certainly can't live in love

which is the only way out right so it's been um an incredibly freeing cathartic experience for me
