and got right to a point we had a chance

0:39.3

to really get over the hump and at the end of disappointing ending because we were basically

0:44.3

a drive short of qualifying for the ACC championship game and getting into the playoffs. That being said,

I can't ignore the progress part because Miami's come a long way in these last three years and it's led to another great class. And it propels us into the future. But I would sum it up like that. 1:57.7

in the organization and the family's involved as well and how do you do

2:01.4

that you acknowledge the facts you set goals and plans for the future but you make sure that

2:06.4

everyone is very very aware and understands exactly where we are where we plan to go what's going

2:12.5

to be tolerated what's not going to be tolerated so I think if you use that approach all the time

2:17.1

everybody is hearing the same message and gives you it gives you a best chance to stay within one

2:22.0
