0:25.6	this. Hi Ekta, hi everyone. Thank you so much for having me. It's such a pleasure to be here
0:31.6	and I'm very much look forward to the conversation. Absolutely. You know, when I first heard about
0:39.4	Rumor Beauty, I was very intrigued because you know, I have a very special heart, place in
0:43.5	my heart for, you know, Russia and just the language, like we were talking before that
0:48.0	episode, you know, and the language, the culture. So I want to get started with just your
0:52.0	background, your career and your journey that's led to this place. If you could give us,
0:56.0	you know, kind of like an introduction. Absolutely. So I was actually born and raised in Russia.
1:02.4	I came to the US when it was 19. And I've been here for a bit more than 14 years at this point.
1:09.8	So yeah, I'm pleased. It's been a while. Yeah. And you know, throughout my time here, I,
1:17.5	you know, for some reason, I chose not to go back home frequently. And I made it my goal to
1:23.1	really assimilate and immerse myself into the American culture. So throughout all this time,
1:29.6	I had very limited insights into what was happening back home. And I was really becoming a part
1:38.0	of New York City, becoming a true New Yorker, you know, how to say in New York for more than 10
1:43.6	years you are in New Yorkers. Yes, yes, yes, absolutely. Yeah. So that's what I was, you know,
1:50.7	trying to accomplish here. And I've been working in the beauty industry. So I spent about a decade
1:58.8	working at beauty companies, big and small, working at different agencies handling PR for beauty
2:04.7	clients. So it was very well versed when it came to beauty products. And as I was growing through,
