Out of Chicago, an eight-year-old little girl is walking the family dog by herself.

And according to the mom, and this seems to be what happened, that a neighbor saw her walking

the dog and called the police.

Now, the police never pursued charges, but the Department of Children, Family Services got

involved, launched an investigation because this woman's daughter, eight years old, was on her walk, a solo walk by herself.

And right after that, and someone called, I guess if an eight-year-old's walking by herself with a dog,

I guess that's right there, parental abuse, child abuse.

So the police show up and they see what's happening, and so there's no problem.

We're done, especially after the police rings the doorbell, says here's what happens.

However, the Department of Children
