pre-recorded program. There is a Texas company that built this huge battery storage plant at Moss Landing.

And it burned.

I mean, we saw this on the national news.

It was covered and it was big deal.

It burned in a major fire last month.

1,200 people were evacuated.

Highway 1 was closed for three days. It was completely crazy out there.

And what they're accused of doing, the Texas company, is rushing to build a plant,

cutting corners, and that resulted in unsafe conditions. And this is part of a lawsuit, of course.
