And now the low welcome to the low post podcast on a Monday morning following a very bad weekend

for the Denver nuggets and a very bad weekend for the most valuable player 3 p case of

Nicola Yokech. The nuggets have lost three games in a row. They got shellac at home by the bulls.

They inexplicably lost to the tank, Tastix and Antonio Spurs. And then they just couldn't get

over the hump. Well, they got over the hump. Then they got back down under the hump and couldn't

get back over the hump against the Brooklyn nets. Um, who are a team just made up from the ashes

of failed super team trades. And the nuggets are now 46 and 22 still first in the West. They are

second in offense. That's great. 16th in defense, not good, not probably not good enough plus

3.9 points for 100 possessions. That's fifth in the NBA pointedly. The Philadelphia 76ers are now

third in offense, breathing down the next of the unstoppable scoring machine in Denver. Eighth in

defense plus 4.4 points for under possessions. That's third in the NBA 45 and 22 third in the East.

And just before we get into the morass, just the morass of it all, I think one of the things

driving Yokech's case was run away number one seed versus number three seed with the top schedule

might fall to number four. And we'll forget Milwaukee. We'll talk about Milwaukee later.

And now there's no discernible difference between Philadelphia and Denver in the standings

in net rating and anything. But more than that, Adam Morris from DNVR Sports, how are you?

stuff. That was a long list. Are the avalanche good? They're supposed to be, but they're also in a
