You all right?

My guest today has been on our screens for years and years now, in his chef whites,

primarily overseeing master chef professionals as one of the country's finest Michelin

starred chefs.

Lancashire Bournem resties the son of a fruit and vegetable supplier who started his life

in a professional kitchen at the Savoy, very fancy.

Before joining Elbeirou, also very fancy, at the Michelin Star de la Gavrache where he

met Gordon Ramsay, we went on to work with and have an incredibly important professional

relationship with for the next 15 years.

At the age of 25 he was awarded his first Michelin star and he also went on to give Angela

Hartner her first job in a restaurant.

He was also at work that he met his wife Jane, who he speaks about so beautifully in this

episode and they lived with their three children at home in Wimbledon.

As well as priming his many restaurants for reopening when we're finally allowed to go

and eat in a restaurant again and of course judging the best in the business or master chef

of the professionals, he's also supporting comic relief this year, encouraging us all

to pull on one of their official t-shirts which drew a collaboration with Pixar and Disney

featuring some of their most iconic characters and they're available now at T.K. Maxx.
