Because last year, I remember there being a big thing about you doing this sort of, like, 10-day camp. And you came back last year and you looked unbelievable, you were so strong, you're fit, you looked like you'd sort of gain another yard. What have you done in this last sort of 12 months that sort of made that sort of difference physically? I think last year I had a bit more time off so I could do a double the training camp really |
