you know finds businesses that are broken and gets in there and

fixes them not like an investor who's just

putting money in but he actually rolls up his sleeves helps redesign the focus of

the business and applies this rigorous intellect but also understanding of people to solving these problems.

I don't watch many reality shows. I watch this one because I find the way that Marcus thinks and feels through these challenging issues to be super

compelling and one of the great things about having this podcast is I can get somebody like this to sit with me and tell me how it is that they do the thing that they do and why they do it.

And it's a rare opportunity and I'm so glad that I get to do it and that you get to listen in and meet someone like Marcus the exact same way and at the exact same time that I do.
