Denmark has come to a painful conclusion about its long time and most powerful ally.

There was a realization among the political elite that, pooh, the U.S. no longer has our back.

Now we need to be able to defend ourselves.

That's why mandatory military service in Denmark has gone from four to 11 months.

I'm Marco Werman, also today a writer from Cameroon, kicked out of his home country who does not

embrace the label of dissident. I don't know if I consider myself a dissident. I simply consider

myself a person because it will give too much honor, really, to a tyranny.

We'll also visit the last island prison in the Western Hemisphere,

from penal colony to tourist attraction,

and we go to Cortina, Italy,

to hear about some of the wildest moments so far in the Winter Olympics.

I've seen a lot of firsts here, but this one really blew my mind.

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio was in Munich over the weekend for the Multinational

Security Conference, where he offered what seemed like a message of reassurance to U.S. allies in Europe.
