I never know what's going to come through when I sit down to channel the Lesson from the Records for the month. This was the first time that the Lesson really shook me. I lay awake for a few hours after channeling it because also, for the first time, I feel like it was speaking directly to me and some of the things I'm personally going through. The message inspires creativity, strength, courage and is perfectly fitting for the 2020 energy - we can no longer hide from ourselves. Enjoy!

1:25.5	And happy March, the month of spring, unless you're in the southern
1:31.0	hemisphere and then it is the month of fall. In any case, it is a very special month because
1:40.0	we shift into a new season.
1:45.1	And this is, of course, very important because the line that runs within us has a universal
1:53.4	activation point, which is at the crown of our head, where the line actually enters in.
1:59.2	And then it has an earth activation point which is
2:02.9	at the point that it meets the earth beneath our feet and of course since the messages that come
2:09.8	through the line go into the earth to be activated we are very very connected to the earth and to Mother Nature and to the rhythms of the seasons
2:21.9	and the patterns. And as the season shifts, we also have the opportunity to shift within.
