And the way the amendment reads, it doesn't apply to Trump.

Frankly, it just doesn't apply to Trump.

And it certainly doesn't authorize state judges or election bureaucrats or politicians to remove a precedent from the ballot based on their personal opinion under show after show trials and you know fake investigations that he engaged in
