and it is quite the bittersweet morning here because this is my final day at Political

before I head to MSNBC as a senior Washington correspondent, and I'll be anchoring a

weekend roundtable show. And I'm, as you guys can imagine, emotional about it. I'm embarrassingly

cried on Thursday listening to a Green Day song. I'm always sharing more than I should hear.

I'm also more emotional than I should hear.

I'm also more emotional than I thought I'd be.

I have loved my time at Politico on Playbook and more importantly to all of you being a part of your morning routine.
