headlines of the day. Number one, the Trump indictment. Number two, Tommy Tuberville's

continuing war with the Pentagon. And number three, D-Triple C. Do's News. Let's get into it.

Look at the front page of the New York Times, the Washington Post, the Wall Street Journal.

Donald Trump is being indicted on 30 more than 30 counts, according to CNN. This is out of a grand

jury in Manhattan. We all know the details here. Alvin Bragg,

the Manhattan District Attorney brought these charges and announced last night that he is in talks

with Trump's legal team to figure out when and where and how he's going to surrender. Of course, Donald Trump is protected by

secret service. So him, he doesn't just walk up to the courtroom or to the, you know,

police station and say I'm here. It's going to be a highly coordinated event. He's the first

former president to be indicted. As Peter Baker in the Times

puts it this morning, just a parade of firsts. He says it a lot more eloquently than that.

Peter says in the Times this morning, so many unthinkable firsts have occurred since Donald

J. Trump was elected to the White House in 2016. Now, listen, there are people who are making

the argument that this will be good for Donald Trump and his political prospects in 2024.
