1:13.2	Well, I recently received a phone call, and I can't disclose her name, and I can't
1:19.5	disclose her address or what state she's from or anything else, because she's actually
1:25.9	complaining about her neighbor.
1:29.5	And it has to do with the paranormal.
1:32.8	She said that her neighborhood was very peaceful.
1:37.5	Everybody got along.
1:39.9	They would have sometimes block parties and they would just have good times and fun times.
1:46.9	And then one day a lady moved in to the vacant house right next door to, I'm going to call her Dora.
1:57.4	But that's not her real name.
1:59.8	Right next to Dora and this lady moved in and i'm going to call her
2:03.8	stacey well anyway stacey was a very much extrovert she she was very loud and um she would play her music up loud and she was sort of disturbing for all the
2:24.3	neighbors. And one day they needed a captain for the neighborhood watch. While she pushed it so hard that all the neighbors just wanted to get rid of her,
2:37.9	and they voted her in as the captain of the neighborhood watch.
2:42.8	So as the captain of the neighborhood watch, she was very happy and sureful because she's now this captain.
2:52.8	And she would have two meetings a week.
