So I thought this was just totally brilliant. My friend, Ray, actually a mutual friend, Sherry's friend as well.

Yeah.

He did something. I don't know if he told you about it, but he was in traffic at the Toll Plaza going into san francisco and if you've ever been on the freeway going to it's

just jammed it is oh my goodness just jammed and you sit there and you wait and then they'll close

down lanes you've been in so everybody has to merge suddenly right well ray uh needed to merge and

he asked the lady in the lane next to me hey i need a pole in here in here, if that's okay. And she let him have it.

I mean, she cussed him out and went on and on and on and on and eventually he just rolled up his

window. He went forward a little bit, and the next car in front of her let him in. Okay. So now he's

two cars in front of her. Right. So what he did is, it's five bucks for the toll.

He paid for her toll.

Did he?

I thought, dude, that is absolutely ingenious on several levels.

Mm-hmm.

Because most of us would just sit there and simmer.

Like, I can't believe that lady lost it.

I mean, what was supposed to do?

I was asking, instead of simmering about it, how do you think he felt after he paid the toll for her? Much better than if he would astude in that anger and agitation. It's actually

funny. You want to watch in the rearview mirror to see like when the guy explains it. And you actually

walk away. I think when you when you act on behalf of

somebody who's making you angry, you not only defuse the angry, you actually increase your love

for that person. I agree. If you just act, if you do something. So now you've been kind to someone
