He says they've secured recently, including $55 billion more for hospitals, $150 billion for states,

Last night, Schumer's office was very eager to point out that he had secured a provision

that would prohibit businesses controlled by the president, vice president, members of Congress,

heads of executive departments from receiving loans or investments from treasury programs. Children, spouses,

and in-laws of those officials are also barred. We anticipate Republicans will disagree with some of

Schumer's accounting. Now we're actually on the two-yard line. We anticipate this bill will pass

with a very large bipartisan majority in the Senate later today. Remember, members of the House are

going to want some time to review legislative text. The working theory in Democratic leadership seems to be that a vote will come Thursday, though it could happen as early as today. What does a vote look like? It's a good question. Both sides hope they'll be able to pass this by unanimous consent or voice vote, but just one lawmaker may object to the request, which would force them into a tricky
