On the afternoon of Monday, March 17th, deputies with the Harris County Precinct 4 Office

were dispatched to a home on the 24,000 block of Osprey Point Drive in Hawkeley, Texas,

after receiving reports of a shooting.

When deputies arrived on the scene, they found a woman rendering first aid to a man who

appeared to have a gunshot wound to the chest. Paramedics arrived on the scene shortly thereafter,

and were able to transport the victim to a local area hospital.

The victim's status is not known at the time of this writing.
