Warren has been tackling media policy issues running a substantive campaign with a website filled with policy proposals

and is practically a second-tier candidate in a growing field.

Beto O'Rourke, meanwhile, jumped on a few cafe bars, participated in a Vanity Fair photo shoot,

and raised $6 million to jolt to the top of the pecking order.

Case in point, the Washington Post wrote a story from Milwaukee

about how Beto wants voters to fill in the specifics of his campaign. Elizabeth Warren is calling

for the end of the Electoral College. Democrats are looking to fall in love. Beto mania is raising

the question whether voters actually care about policy. But it's true that the media doesn't

have much patience for it.

The Wall Street Journal's editorial board, meanwhile, writes that Beto's first few days as a candidate

has been that of an apology to her. Meanwhile, Elena Schneider writes that Kirsten Jalabrand

was defending her office's handling of sexual harassment complaints last night.

And CNN is reporting that Joe Biden is readying endorsements and could select a running mate early.

Nancy Cook scoops that Mick Mulvaney will be the third chief of staff losing his acting title.
