a woman was arrested after allegedly trying to have her TV star husband murdered.

In Pennsylvania, a man has been charged with felony criminal homicide after his wife was found with her throat slit.

And in Texas, a man is charged with capital murder for the death of his living girlfriend.

Here. On Sword and Scale Daily. All right, so earlier this week, news broke about the foiled assassination attempt of a well-known

TV personality star. This story actually happens to coincide with an episode that was covered

on Sword and Scale back in 2020. Now, last Thursday, March 6th, detectives with the Las Vegas

Metropolitan Police Department arrested 32-year-old

Victoria Goodwin.

Victoria is the wife of Aaron Goodwin, a staple of the show Ghost Adventures.

The charges Victoria currently faces are solicitation to commit murder and conspiracy to commit

murder.

She was booked into the Clark County Detention Center on a $100,000 bond.

Typically, we reserve that information until the end of our stories, but it's important that we

spend time talking about the investigation that led to Victoria's arrest. The investigation

into Victoria started back in October 24. That's when corrections officers at Okachobi Correctional Institution in Florida

seized a cell phone from an inmate during a search.

The inmate with the cell phone just so happened to be Grant Mato,

the subject who was covered on Soren Scale episode 174.

If we recall, Grant was convicted of the murders of his mother, father, and brother,
