New lawsuit against California over election integrity. New details on a court, basically holding Fannie

Willis accountable to the law in a substantial way, in my view, plus a lawsuit about peanut the squirrel.

Remember that poor animal that was killed by New York bureaucrats after its owner's home

was raided?

And plus we have a Supreme Court request, protect judicial watch from retaliation and censorship.

Pretty basic stuff, right?

Important discussion and a lot to go through with you today.

First up is, I believe, an issue that is undermining the rule of law

and our constitutional structure of government,

our Republican form of government, which at the federal level is constructed through three

departments, right?

The executive branch, the legislative branch, and the judicial branch.

And the powers are supposed to be distinct

and not reside within one branch

because if one branch has all the powers,

the executive, legislative and judicial powers,

that becomes a dictatorship.
