0:24.6	Okay, let's read the Gospels. The Gospels are the first four books of the
0:28.2	New Testament in the Bible, Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. These are the stories of
0:32.1	Jesus Christ life on Earth, the friendships, the parables, the sacrifices, the meals, the miracles.
0:38.0	So here's how this works. I read one chapter to you today. You can listen or read along in your own Bible and then I'll mention the
0:43.4	verse or idea that stood out to me and then I'll pray and that's it. So today is
0:47.3	March 12th and I'll be reading Luke 7 from the new international version.
0:55.0	Luke 7. When Jesus had finished saying all this to the people who were listening,
0:58.0	he entered Capernum.
0:59.0	There a centurion servant whom his master valued highly was sick and about to die.
1:04.6	The Centurion heard of Jesus and sent some elders of the Jews to him, asking him to come
1:08.9	and heal a servant.
1:10.6	When they came to Jesus, they pleaded earnestly with him.
1:12.7	This man deserves to have you do this.
1:15.0	Because he loves our nation and has built our synagogue.
1:18.2	So Jesus went with them.
