I am so excited.

I'm always excited to have Mark Salinas from Silva and Salinas on because he can give us such

insight into so many of the legal battles that are currently going on. But today in particular,

it's very convenient to have Mark on the show, because Mark, you are representing

Donald Trump on the ballot commission case in Massachusetts, and you have a lot of news to report on this front can you give us an

overview of what's going on? Yeah thanks that's correct so there's a big win

yesterday at the State Ballot Law Commission we were able to deliver a unanimous decision on behalf of Donald

Trump that he will remain on the ballot here in Massachusetts pending any appeal of course, but I mean that's just a huge

development and we're very very happy for the outcome not only for Donald Trump

but for the voters of Massachusetts Grace because really that's what this comes down to.

Why should we be taking the choice away from voters here in Massachusetts to make their own decisions?

So regardless of what side of the aisle you're on on this case what I found from

from people on both sides is that they didn't like the idea of Donald Trump being

removed from the ballot. That is certainly good news, Mark.
