Now our guest today, I'm very excited about this gentleman, started his career as a patrolman,

he came in detective, moved on to the US Marshal service, climbed the ranks there and is

currently in New York Times and USA today, best selling author.

He's well known for his Arles color in the Jericho Quinn series and of course in 2017,

he joined the Tom Clancy universe, writing the Jack Ryan series, which is just phenomenal.

So as of I think the 27th of April, just not too long ago, a bone rattle came out, it's

a third book in the Arles Cutter series, fantastic book, getting amazing reviews.

And I have him, I have him here on, on the podcast.

So I want to hear, of course, we want to, we want to stories, we want his war stories,

we want to hear that, but I want to hear about how, how this happens, how do you become

a writer from being a copper, from being a patrolman to being a Marshal, to being a, a best

selling author.
