Summary

First, New York Attorney General Letitia James and Judge Engoron convicted Trump of civil fraud, stating Trump overvalued Mar-a-Lago by hundreds of millions because the property's true market value is only $18M, leaving Trump with a $464 million bond. Now, CNN says Trump could sell Mar-a-Lago for $240M to pay for the crime of overvaluing Mar-a-Lago. The corruption is astounding. Thankfully, we are joined by comedian Jon Reep to help lighten things up. He's known as "the Hemi Guy" from the truck commercials, but we like to refer to him as "Mayor of Hickory." In sports, the Oakland Golden Grizzlies defeat the Kentucky Wildcats in a huge upset. The Samford Bulldogs come close to upsetting Kansas, but their hopes are dashed as Samford gets a bad foul called on a clean block in the last seconds of the game.
