WDRB reports that on Tuesday, during a courtroom outburst in Louisville, Kentucky, accused

triple murder, Bryce Rhodes alleged that the judge was a racist and having a relationship

with the prosecutor.

29-year-old Bryce Rhodes was charged in 2016 with three counts of first-degree murder

For the May 2016 murders, a 40-year-old Christopher Jones and brother's 14-year-old Larry

Ordway and 16-year-old Marie Scordon.

Three teen co-definites were indicted alongside Rhodes, who was believed to have been the ringleader.

The teens took pleaders and exchanged for their testimony against Rhodes.

But Rhodes' trial has been delayed again and again, primarily because Rhodes has replaced

his attorneys multiple times and has taken over his court representation to a large degree.

He has filed multiple motions, asking to exclude evidence in his case based on alleged
