Republican lawmakers in Texas advanced a new redistricting map that will most likely result in the GOP gaining five additional seats in Congress. Well, Erica Brown joining us now from the Capitol Hill. Erica, this is a controversial move, but it could spark similar plans in other states. Devin and Cherise, this battle is part of the early fight for control of the House of Representatives here in Washington after the midterm elections.
