And we have a statement from the committee spokesperson Tim Mulvey who said, quote, in our interview with Mr. Cipolloni, the Committee received critical testimony on nearly every major topic.

It's an in its investigation reinforcing key points regarding Donald Trump's misconduct and providing highly relevant new information that will play a central role in upcoming hearings.

This includes information demonstrating Donald Trump's supreme dereliction of duty. The testimony also corroborated key elements of Cassidy Hutchinson's testimony.

Allegations of some pre-interview agreement to limit Cipolloni's testimony are completely false.

Well, ban and Trump are up to no good. I'm sure this weekend, Donald wrote a letter to Steve waving all privileges, quote unquote, and allowing him to testify to the one six committee.

But the thing is that privilege never existed nor was it Donald's to wave only the current president holds the keys to executive privilege. And even so, ban and wasn't a government employee. We know this.

We're not. We talked about the civilian times not to mention has Steve handed over any documents that were subpoenaed Kyle Cheney tells us this morning that his lawyer said that he doesn't tend to hand over documents.

But you know, ban and faces two counts of contempt one for testimony and one for documents. So even if appearing now after charges and just a week before his contempt trial is set to begin could cure the testimony part of his contempt charges.
