You guys have shared about your stories, going from rough situations, send up making your dreams of reality. First question I have for both of you is what inspires you guys today to keep going and keep

pushing? So, Mann, you first off, and then Tart.

Well, I like to always reinvent myself, I say, you know.

I started in Kmart, my first real job pushing shopping cars, mopping floors,

and I look at life from that day on to now, everything's a

stepping stone for me. So I'm just a mountain climber. And how old were you when you got started

in real estate to begin with? I got my license in 92, so I was 21, and got into mortgages first,

and then got into real estate 96 is when I bought my first

REO.

He knows a lot of the REO.

Bango property.

And then I bought apartments and then office buildings like I shared that my last podcast

with you.
