Hello everybody. Welcome to the Untold Story podcast. It's great to have you with us on this Christmas week. And I thought this would be a perfect time to speak to a friend of mine

whose name is Christian DeSanto, and she has a long

history in New York and in New Jersey in retail and fashion. But several years ago, she turned

her attention to a new endeavor, and it's teaching manners essentially to children and teenagers

and 20-somethings and addressing the questions that really are on a lot of people's minds,

especially since, you know, it feels like with social media and all of it, there's just

not as much focus on manners and people really knowing

the right thing to do in certain situations and how to have good manners. So Kristen,
