God came from heaven, became a man, made man into little gods.

We have the potential and the capacity through of saving knowledge of Jesus Christ to know God,

but that does not mean we are God.

The Bible is very clear there is only one God, and he will not share his glory with another.

The 21st century or the 19th century?

What would be your answer, sir?

I would say the 19th century.

That's what I would have said to imagine my surprise when I was reading a rather lengthy treatise of the history of masculinity in Western civilization by Greg Morris,

that the problem of specification has been with us for quite a while.

We have a tendency to look at our generation and go, whoa, kind of soft.

We are pretty industrialized, we are technologized, we don't have a lot of calluses, and we observe that men are getting, well, rather, hairy styles-ish.
