As, as we accomplish more, there's a chance that ego comes with us. And so it'll really help keep us grounded. And so I think it's important that I'm going to share that. But also, I'm going to talk about treating the symptoms and essentially what we do very often |

1:09.9 | But of course, before we get started, we're going to take a deep breath so that way we can slow down, zero in, really enjoy this time together. So whether you're just starting your day, this breath is going to be the, you know, the jumping off point, the, just the center launching pad that's going to leave you into the day. And if you're having a day already, then it's going to help pivot you to be in a better direction and just really be right and at ease. We want to be at ease with everything. So I want you to just imagine that you're surrounded by a positive light when you do this. This is a vibrational energy that you're going to be surrounded by. And when you breathe it in, it's going to heal your body. |
