because it gets you into a physical state of joy based on a visualization that you already have everything you desire. So let's not waste any time. Let's enjoy it for as long as we can.

Go ahead and find a comfortable position that you want to meditate in. And if you've been here before, you probably

know, I recommend you meditate sitting up. And that's simply so you don't fall asleep.

But truly, you can meditate in any position.

Both laying down and even walking work just fine.

And once you found that nice comfortable position, just allow yourself to settle in.

Let go of any tension you're holding on to.

Then take a deep inhale. And as you exhale, slowly close your eyes. Use this first moment to settle in further.
