Oh, nothing brings me more joy than bringing the one and only Francesca Amber onto the podcast today to introduce her to you if you don't already know her.

Now, I want to share something with you.

I'm increasingly doing solo content and having fewer and fewer guests. So if a guest is

popping up on the show, you know they are incredible. And Fran is one of those people. Her and I

connected a year ago when she chose the book,

let it be easy for her book club in the UK, which is the largest self-development book club in

England. Her and I connected fell in love as pals and now her book is coming out. It's called Manifest Like a Mother. And oh my, is this book fantastic.

We go there with all things that is real talk when it comes

to manifesting. Francesca's life has been really, really interesting. In 2020, she was working in

the beauty world, the world of beauty. And then with the pandemic, everything shut down,

as we all know. And she turned her life around completely as a single mom

of three girls. In the last five years, she has the number one podcast for self-development

in the UK called Law of Attraction, Change My Life. Her new book manifests like a mother

just came out, or it was coming out September 4th,

so it will be out by the time this episode drops. And the thing I love the most about Fran is that

she's just so real and refreshing. She's a self-confessed basic bitch. There is swearing in

this episode, my friends, I must tell you. And I have to say, I do believe that you will be

chuckling as you learn. We talk about home environment, the way you dress, energetic spending,
