I get this kind of paralysis where you're trying to be all these different things at the same time and unlearn past behaviors and I know I'm not the only one that gets stuck there.

Dwayne is a 45 year old man, but these days he's feeling a lot like an awkward teenager.

I see a co-worker who has an awesome dress and I say they have an awesome dress and I spend 30 minutes later going,

Is that okay?

I don't know if that was okay, right?

Dwayne is married, a father, and was raised in rural Ohio in a religious family.

And he told me, it feels like what he learned about how to be a man doesn't apply anymore.

What I learned about being a man as a kid, I learned by watching these older men, you know you blaze a trail where they thought it was supposed

to be and getting you know halfway down that path and realizing it's terrible and

so I you know blunder about down that I'm

I'm realizing it's terrible. And so I blunder about blazing my own trail that I hope is better for the person who comes

behind me.
