I'm so excited for this interview with Kristen Davis, the Manhattan Madam, finance professional

turned high in, madam, political candidate, convicted felon, whistleblower and beauty entrepreneur. I mean, where do we even

begin with it all? But thank you so much for being here, Kristen. And just give us a little

introduction before we dive into the early years just for a moment or two. Sure. Thanks for having me.

Most people know me by the Manhattan Madam. It's the moniker that was given to me when I was in Rikers Island,

sitting there in solitary for providing former governor of New York,

Eliot Spitzer, with call girls.

Prior to being a madam, I was a finance professional.

I was vice president of a $5 billion hedge fund. I learned about that industry

from the finance bros, but I was arrested, taken out of the game. It was probably one of the

more honest industries I've actually ever been in. And now in politics, I came out of Rikers,

very angry that Elliott Spitzer got to go back to his high rise while my life was destroyed.

So I ran for political office as a protest candidate and that sort of launched, you know, a long career dealing with political scandal.

Well, there's no shortage of politics.

It's kind of like an air dressing, right?

It's always going to be, there's always going to be something that needs to get cut, you know what I mean?

So.

My business has been very, has been booming for years.

Yeah, right.
