We've got an update now.

The Manhattan DA is turning over materials to Donald Trump now that the protective order

is in place by Judge Juan Mershon in the 34 count felony indictment of Donald Trump

or related to the Stormy Daniels hush money cover up and a trial that he's facing in March

of 2024.

Now it's time.

Now that the protective order is in place, now that the judge required earlier this week,

Donald Trump to beam in by video from Mar-a-Lago from his fake West Wing Oval Office set

with two flags behind him and read him the riot act or at least the protective order conditions

about what he can and can't talk about related to discovery, which means the documents,

the information, the evidence, the audio clips, the tape recordings, the whatever the government

has that it has to turn over as part of its requirement as the prosecutor to turn over

to the defense, all evidence early in the case, it's usually called Brady Material, anything

that's exculpatory that could help the defense, anything that's inculpatory that goes to the

criminal intent or the criminal case, all has to be turned over.

And our system of justice, notwithstanding what Donald Trump and his minions tweet about,

this is how it works, all the discovery, none of its sandbag, none of its surprise, all

has to be turned over early in the case and as it's developed to the defense, but before they did

that Manhattan DA said we need a protective order judge gave him one, now we have today a new

filing, we have a required automatic discovery form generated by the Manhattan DA's office

that has been filed, which lists broadly all of the evidence that they have against Donald Trump
