until 6 a.m. 5.30 or 6. Yeah, it was just it was rough. Part of it was my shoulder. Just I have I don't know if you ever sleep wrong and then yes I do. Yeah, you get a crick in your neck or your shoulder.

morning because I'm it's like it's like when you if you fall asleep and you get like a your muscles something falls asleep like your arm falls asleep because you got in a weird position that's kind of how it feels sometimes.
