And it clicked at that moment that some people are designed to fill out spreadsheets, but a lot of other people are designed to know what spreadsheets should be filled out.

And so that was the first step in me realizing that what I considered in

posture syndrome, what I considered my biggest failure, was actually possibly

a superpower. Possibly it was knowing the right thing to do and that if I instead of judging myself for being unable to finish things, if I could surround myself for people who are good at finishing the things that I could start, I might be able to build a bigger team that

would elevate both of us.
