COVID cases are back on the rise in the United States, and some cities have started to tighten

their rules.

In places like gyms and restaurants, if you can't prove you've been vaccinated, you can't

come in.

This comes as a new vaccine mandate takes hold in New Orleans.

In a few weeks, having a meal indoors at a New York City restaurant will require

you show proof of vaccination.

Local governments say the move is meant to get more shots and arms, but the burden of
