brakes on a piece of democratic legislation that we would really love to see die. I think

that's a little too optimistic that he and Kirsten Sinema might actually stop it from

happening, but this $3.5 trillion package may not happen nearly as soon as Democrats

want it. Sinema has said she's not spending three and a half trillion and now Manchin

is saying the same thing. He put this in an op-ed just the other day and he says an overheating

economy has imposed a costly inflation tax on every middle and working class American.
