Good. Well, we brought Bruce on because I found some interesting stuff a few years ago that Bruce was doing and really wanted to bring him on to talk about it. So Bruce, tell us a little bit

about your background. Well, I started in the business back in 1986. I was selling bonds

for a high net worth group out of

Chicago and did that for quite a while and then moved from kind of the advisory side of the

business over to the products out of the business where I was a wholesaler for a while for a firm

and then started my own business in time. You know, I was with Newveen. I don't know if many

you are with Neveen during the 2000s and really cut my teeth in the UIT business. But then I got

very interested in exchange traded funds back in the early 2000s, decided I wanted to start an ETF company. I had done most of the work.

I was head of marketing. I had transitioned over to a position at Neveen and marketing,

was head of marketing for them, had come up with the name Power Shares and had worked on the

exempt of relief and what type of products we would be interested in bringing and all these

types of things.

And Neveen at the same time decided that they were not going to get into the ETF business.

And so I was like, well, I think this is a great opportunity and a great product category to be

involved with.

And so I purchased from them kind of the work product that I had been doing for them.
