I'm good Tiffany, how are you? I'm great. I'm so excited to have you on because so many women have

stuck feelings, stuck energy and therefore they're feeling stuck in their lives and they don't know why and

they're trying everything to know avail and nothing's working. So I wanted to talk to

you about first what can what can women do to even identify that they have some kind of a stuck

energy or stuck emotions in their body? Well I've met several women especially in the last couple years and I've

actually felt that way myself. It's just things that we're working aren't

working anymore. A lot of times it happens when people become empty nesters, their kids go to college and you know it's like a lot of us wear many hats and and then we're used to doing for everybody else and we kind of put ourselves

ourselves last and then and then after a while it's like, you know, what about me? And then that's kind of like they get stuck. Like what's my purpose? Where am I going? What am I doing and you know, there's all different circumstances you know it could be

when children go away it could be you know divorce death moving so that's kind of where I'm at and I've met a lot of people with a lot of different

stories and and it's kind of that word just stuck out like people just get stuck

it's like they don't know what to do. So I'm on that mission myself.
