things off, can you talk about why our mental health takes such a hit during the holiday season?

Well, Paula, as you and I all know that during the holidays, we are expected to just have so many,

so many people have expectations of us, our family, our children, nieces, nephews.

So during that time, it's already a very stressful time. And when we bring in traditions around

that, it can create a lot of negative emotions and stress. So that is why during the holiday season is very, very stressful for so

many individuals because there is so much that is put on us all at one time. Yeah, and we've

also got that end of the year coming up. So if you're in business, a lot of times it becomes

a very busy time there too because people are trying to get things
