and it's going to be less about how to manage your

kids' emotions, and more about managing your own emotions. So it's really going to be focused on you,

not as much about your kids. It's going to be focused on us on the inside. So I'm going to kick us

off. I have a few statements that I want to read,. I want you to all let me know if any of them

sound familiar. So if you could kind of give me some feedback as I'm saying these out loud, I want to

know if any of these register with you. Stop crying or I'm going to give you something to cry about.

Wipe that smile off your face or I'm going to wipe it off for you.

I brought you into this world and I can take you out.

I am not going to tell you again.

Don't make me turn this car around.

You just need to toughen up.

And this is one of my favorite ones.

You better eat your dinner because they're starving kids in Africa.

I always, like, pondered on that one just a little bit, like,

how will my leftover food save the kids in Africa?
