Well, I'd say by this time, if folks have been listening to our daily class,

they know we're aware of the pandemic that's going on and major

changes in the business and the economy and health and safety and their teams and you know people are wondering, you know, asking us, what do I do during this

international pandemic? How can I make a difference? Yeah, I think you're

right. Certainly we've gotten a lot of questions, a lot of emails, people have been texting me and calling me. But in addition, I suspect there'll be many people who'll be listening to us for the very first time because they search for guidance about the pandemic and managing and maybe they're not even

podcast people so for those of you who are first-time listeners welcome we're doing something very different than we normally do. If you don't know, we have

been producing weekly management guidance podcast for the last

nearly 15 years now,

and are downloaded millions of times a month

all over the world, and we typically release Mandator Tools Cast on Monday of the week.

And we tend to, if it's a long cast,
